The Experience

As a Success Architect / Sr. Success Architect on Qualified's Customer Success team (part of Salesforce), you'll own the successful implementation and adoption of our Agentic Marketing Platform for new and existing customers, working hands-on with Piper — our AI SDR Agent — to transform how customers run sales and marketing. This is a remote role based out of Dublin, Ireland, supporting our European customer base in French, German, or Italian alongside English.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Lead customers end-to-end through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Qualified platform and Piper, typically within a 30–60 day go-live window
• Architect solutions that integrate Qualified with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and GTM systems, translating business goals into technical designs, conversational flows, and qualification logic
• Act as a trusted advisor across the customer lifecycle — running Strategic Business Reviews, driving renewal/expansion conversations, and using engagement and pipeline data to guide ongoing optimization
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to bring customer feedback back into the platform and improve outcomes for future implementations

You're Our Person If...

• You have 5-7 years of experience (Success Architect) or 7-10+ years of Mid-Market/Enterprise software experience (Sr. Success Architect) in a customer-facing implementation, solutions consulting, or technical CSM role
• You're fluent in English plus French, German, or Italian
• You have working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and marketing automation systems, with comfort in web/scripting technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

• You hold a Salesforce Admin certification
• You have prior experience with AI-driven go-to-market or conversational marketing platforms
• You've worked in a fast-paced, high-growth software environment juggling multiple concurrent customer implementations
