IT Systems Administrator at CorServ Holdings Inc

As an IT Systems Administrator, you will help keep CorServ’s technology environment secure, reliable, and running smoothly. In this role, you’ll assist with the day-to-day administration and monitoring of systems, troubleshoot technical issues, manage employee laptops and system access, and support user onboarding and offboarding. You’ll work closely with senior IT resources to resolve more complex infrastructure issues and assist with system maintenance, security, backups, automation, and other IT initiatives.

DUTIES AND

Responsibilities

Set up and configure laptops and other company issued equipment for new employees. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective, including account creation, access changes, and termination of access. Administer user accounts, permissions, groups, and application access, likely including Microsoft 365 and other business systems. Troubleshoot Windows, VPN, authentication, connectivity, software, and hardware issues.

Maintain laptop inventory, equipment assignments, warranties, replacements, and lifecycle records. Provide first line support to employees for laptops, monitors, peripherals, connectivity, applications, and general technology issues. Assist with endpoint security, patching, antivirus, device configuration, and compliance

Requirements

Monitor routine system processes, backups, scheduled jobs, and alerts and escalate significant issues to the Data Operations Manager. Assist with troubleshooting system, network, and application issues. Support routine backup, archiving, and data-retention processes. Perform basic PowerShell scripting and automation of repetitive administrative tasks. Maintain IT documentation, setup instructions, troubleshooting guides, access procedures, and equipment records.

Assist the Data Operations Manager with infrastructure projects, system upgrades, disaster recovery testing, security initiatives, and other technical projects. Coordinate with development, security, and other technical teams when resolving employee or infrastructure issues. Support SOC 2, PCI DSS, access-control reviews, and other compliance-related IT activities as needed. Other duties as assigned. ATS provider: Paylocity.
