LPN- Adverse Drug Event Nurse- Remote at Accredo Health Group Inc

Adverse Drug Event Nurse (LPN)

Remote | Monday-Friday | 10:30 AM-7:00 PM EST

Join a collaborative healthcare team where you'll play a critical role in patient safety and regulatory compliance. As an Adverse Drug Event Nurse (LPN) , you will review, document, and submit adverse drug event reports to pharmaceutical manufacturers and the FDA while working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

What you'll do

  • Review and assess adverse event cases using established clinical protocols.
  • Complete accurate and timely adverse drug event reporting to manufacturers and the FDA.
  • Respond to requests for additional information and provide case clarifications as needed.
  • Track reporting activities, identify documentation errors, and communicate findings to leadership.
  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer training requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in audits and quality initiatives to support operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams while delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work.

What You'll Bring

  • Practical Nursing degree.
  • Active, unrestricted LPN license in your home state.
  • Ability to obtain additional state licensure as required.
  • 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare or pharmaceutical environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and internet applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in pharmacy, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare operations.
  • Professional certifications or clinical specialty affiliations.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering strong relationships with clients and internal partners.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 25 - 38 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
