About Out Summer Internship Program
Our Summer Internship Program is designed for students entering their final year of university who are eager to gain meaningful, real-world experience in a fast paced, collaborative, and professional environment.
As a Summer Intern, you'll participate in a comprehensive onboarding experience led by our University Relations team to set you up for success from day one. Throughout the program, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in weekly professional development sessions, networking events, social activities, and other engaging experienced designed to support your personal and professional growth.
The program takes place from June – August 2027 (10-week program).
Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Center of Expertise (CoE) Program & Content Intern to support strategic initiatives spanning three active program areas: internal engagement models and playbooks, external-facing communications and enablement collateral, and Knowledge Hub content governance (including the webinar program). This internship provides hands-on exposure to program management, content strategy, knowledge management, communications, analytics, and AI-enabled productivity in a fast-growing cybersecurity software company.
The intern will contribute to projects that help customer-facing teams operate more consistently, communicate CoE value internally and externally, and access reusable resources that improve customer outcomes. The specific project mix will be scoped to the intern's strengths and current business priorities, drawing from any of the three program areas below rather than a single fixed workstream.
As a Center of Expertise (CoE) Program & Content Intern, you will help the Customer Experience Center of Expertise scale expertise, strengthen internal and external communications, and build reusable enablement resources. You will work on high-impact projects spanning program documentation, content strategy, communications, webinar support, and analytics. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems, producing polished written deliverables, analyzing data, and communicating recommendations that help teams work smarter.
Requirements
- Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management Systems, Operations, or a related field at an accredited college or university
- Curious, structured thinker who enjoys turning ambiguity into clear plans, workflows, content, and insights.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, documentation, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong writer, able to adapt tone across internal playbooks, external-facing collateral, and executive summaries.
- Interested in customer success, software, content strategy, communications, operations, AI-enabled workflows, or process improvement.
- Able to communicate findings clearly through concise summaries, visuals, and recommendations.
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn about technology
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable with MS-Excel with a passion for data analysis and storytelling.
- Curiosity for AI tooling with experience building agentic workflows
- Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
