Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate, and organized full-time Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both administrative and clinical tasks, traveling to patients’ homes and/or medical facilities in the Oklahoma City, OK region, while ensuring the utmost patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
Check vital signs.
Review medical history.
Address chief complaints.
Administer medications and vaccinations as directed.
Perform EKGs, wound care, and other diagnostic tests.
Administrative Duties
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
Maintain and update electronic health records (EHRs).
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route messages.
Handle correspondence, billing, and medical documentation.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
Certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) is strongly preferred.
1+ years of experience in a medical office or clinic is a plus.
CPR / AED preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems preferred.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Compassionate and professional demeanor.
Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
Work Environment
Traveling to patients located in their homes or medical facilities.
May require standing for extended periods and some lifting.
May involve exposure to bloodborne pathogens and other health hazards.
Pay rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour with mileage reimbursement.
